In the industrial water treatment process, water quality adjustment, chemical dosing, and flow control of circulating water systems directly affect treatment efficiency and costs. Traditional manual valves or pneumatic control valves suffer from low control accuracy, slow response speed, and heavy reliance on manual operation and maintenance—issues that make it difficult to meet the demands of modern industry for automation, intelligence, and energy conservation.
To tackle this pain point, our R&D team, leveraging years of experience in the fluid control field, has optimized and upgraded the core components of the electric control valves:
- Adopting high-precision servo motor drive, with a control accuracy of up to ±0.5%, enabling real-time precise adjustment of flow and pressure;
- Equipped with an intelligent control system that supports 485 communication and MODBUS protocol, seamlessly integrating with the customer’s existing PLC control system to realize remote monitoring and automatic operation, reducing manual intervention;
- Using corrosion-resistant stainless steel for the valve body, which is suitable for the acid-alkaline environment in industrial water treatment, extending the service life by over 30% compared to traditional valves.
In this industrial water treatment project, our electric control valves were mainly used in the flow adjustment of the circulating water system and the metering of chemical dosing. Data from the project operation shows that compared with traditional valves:
- After improving the flow control accuracy of the circulating water system, the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchangers increased by 15%, reducing energy waste caused by flow fluctuations;
- Precise flow control in the chemical dosing process improved chemical utilization rate by 20%, cutting monthly chemical loss costs by approximately RMB 12,000;
- The intelligent remote control function enabled unattended operation and maintenance, saving about RMB 8,000 in monthly labor costs while reducing the risk of human operation errors.
